Built on
Service.
U.S. Army veteran, volunteer firefighter, and FAA Part 107 certified drone pilot — now capturing Houston from the ground to the sky.
From Fort Bragg
to the Houston Skyline
I'm Jordan Paredes, a U.S. Army veteran who served at Fort Bragg. After the Army, I built Ground to Sky Visuals around the same things the military taught me: careful planning, clear communication, and owning the result.
Today I'm an FAA Part 107 certified commercial drone pilot with over 1,000 flight hours, trained hands-on at Drone U in Colorado. I fly the DJI Mini 5 Pro and Avata 2, shoot ground-level work on the Nikon Z6III, and edit everything in-house — so the person you talk to on day one is the person who delivers your final files.
Service didn't stop when I took off the uniform. I'm a volunteer firefighter with my local fire department, and I volunteer at the Houston Botanic Garden. The fire service sharpens the same habits I bring to every shoot: safety first, situational awareness, and staying calm when plans change.
Currently booking projects across Houston and Texas, from one-off shoots to recurring work.
My Core Values
Precision Over Volume
I deliberately keep my project load manageable so every client gets my full attention. I'd rather do fewer projects exceptionally well than rush through many.
Your Vision First
Your goals drive every creative decision. I listen, ask the right questions, and build an approach that reflects your brand — not a template.
Safety First, Always
Every flight is planned around airspace, weather, and the people on the ground — a mindset shaped by the Army and the fire service.
No Surprises
Every project starts with a clear scope and agreed timeline. You always know where things stand and what to expect at delivery.
Behind the Camera
One operator. Full accountability. Every project handled start to finish.
